Refund Policy

In case the patient does not show up within 48 hours of the reservation date, the full amount of the reservation will be deducted.
Please note that in the case of canceling the requested service, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
In the case of payment by card, the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days.

Cancelation Policy

The patient will only be able to cancel the reservation 24 hours before the date of reservation.
